The issue was dedicated to the Prague summit. There is a general review of foreign media publishings about the summit. Eastern Partnership project has launched on the summit. The EU decided enforcement of relations with Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Belarus in the different fields. This careful process has also weak and sometimes undefined perspectives and foreign media is focusing on these aspects. Risk factor in this approach is Russia’s position. Russia does not want to lose an influence that he had on the near abroad i.e. in post-soviet countires.

Besides there is one article about faild four-side negotiations in Georgia. Negotiations about Incident Prevention Mechanism has been delayed for uncertain terms. The meeting was scheduled for 7 May in the village Tirdznisi. Georgian and Russian sides are blaming each other in the failure of the meeting.
On the last page of the insert is located article about children voyage in France. “Internews Europe” is carrying out an interesting project “Hello Europe!” Tour named as “Hello Europe” has begun on 17 April with participation of six young journalist from Caucasus. The aim of the project is mediation between Georgian, Armenian and Azeri culture; participants were teenager journalists from those countries. They had to learn journalism skills from “Internews” teachers in the summer camps. Within the frame of this project has been selected six creators of the best short-films that was shawn in the International School of Lyon.
Briefly is said also about Europe’s neighbourhood policy’s information and communication program in the article included in the insert. “Internews Europe” as a part of informationa dn communication program of the European neighbourhood policy has created concern that unites 8 members (media organizations from Caucasus). Regional journalists work on local languages.
